The Cult of Lincoln

For Yoga class in P.E. (har! I love my school!), our assignment was to go outside tonight for five minutes and look at the full moon, then write 400+ words about it. Fun. Especially because outside, it's currently 40'F (can't be bothered with finding the degree symbol), with a windchill of 31. That's 4.5'C and -1'C for you metric ladies out there. The kicker: there was no moon. An impenetrable blanket of thick, grey couds obscured everything, rendering us moonless. But it was v. pretty, so all was fine. I trooped inside, got my camera, and shot a roll of 3200-speed b&w of the tree branches against the sky, house lights, and the occasional passing car. Due to the film speed and my one-second exposures at f3, something will hopefully come out. Meh. I wish they made color 3200, because that would be nifty. ::nods::
