Weirdo.

A Capella -- one of my favourite types of music. Underappreciated by the masses.
Abbey Road -- the most wonderful CD in existence. Beatles. Close second for this title is the White Album.
Aberquaffle and Snitch -- parody organization. Popular wizardwear.

Adam Pascal -- the only person on Earth with a larger ego than me. Shares the nickname "Egozilla". Played Roger in OBC "Rent" and OBC "Aida".
Angua -- one of my favourite Discworld characters. A werewolf, and the only non-dwarven female member of the Ankh-Morpork City Watch.

Bob the Pro-Gender Equality Veela -- my Harry Potter original character. Best friends with Procent Hydronium-Vainmoien, Tanja's OC.
Boshiboshi -- the sound effect created by Godzilla destroying Tokyo. An old RML joke, originating with a Godzilla manga that used the characters "bo" and "shi" for this purpose.
Boy Meets Boy -- a hilarious online comic. Not for everyone, though.
Brian -- an evil Chili's employee that refused to seat us for no reason. We called in a reservation several hours earlier that day, but they claimed that no one wrote it down. I recount part of the story here

Dave Barry -- the greatest humor columnist in history.
Davey Boy -- derogatory nickname for David Colbert.
David Colbert -- I like to claim that he plagiarized WIAN, but of course, he didn't. I recently went back through my weblog and edited out negative references. A combination of jealousy at his publication "Magical Worlds of Harry Potter" and his accidental use of my pseudonym (and outdated link) in the "Internet Resources of Interest" led me to see him as The Enemy. He's a good guy, though.
Discworld -- fabulous fantasy humor series by literary god Terry Pratchett.
doom -- a rather versatile word. According to Merriam Webster, 1 : a law or ordinance especially in Anglo-Saxon England. 2 a : JUDGMENT, DECISION; especially : a judicial condemnation or sentence b (1) : JUDGMENT 3a (2) : JUDGMENT DAY 1. 3 a : DESTINY; especially : unhappy destiny b : DEATH, RUIN. Ellie Rosenthal -- my old alterego. She disappeared in March 2001. Good riddance!
Enfaldig apekatt -- a phrase I created while searching for insults in a Swedish/English online translator. It sort-of means "silly/stupid monkey". It's also the name of Tanja's blog.
Elfwood -- an occasionally dysfunctional sci-fi/fantasy/fan art archive. My galleries: 1, 2.
Espresso Ferrets -- a collaboration group including me, Rebecca, Sannali, Tanja, and Ann. We occasionally refer to ourselves as P STAR, taking the first letters of our names.

flail -- commonly overused reaction to adversity, joy, or somewhere in between. Brought into normal conversation by Renata, Megan, and the other RMLers. Frequently used in the Discworld series, to my amusement. Curiously enough, it's gradually entering pop culture lingo. Posers.
Fluffy Boy -- my nickname for Goku of "Dragonball Z". Mainly used to irritate Nancy. Stolen from Renata, who used it to describe the sidekick on The Magician.
Forbidden Broadway -- thespian group devoted to filking and performing songs from various Broadway shows. Hilarious, and much better in person, as there are a bunch of visual gags that are lost on the transition to CD.
Forty-Two -- the answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything, according to Deep Thought and Douglas Adams.

Huge tracts of land -- reference to Monty Python and the Holy Grail. This is something I do not have. Bluntly, it refers to chest size.

Invader Zim -- highly amusing cartoon mysteriously found on Nickelodeon. Features an alien bent on human conquest and a robot sidekick with a single-digit IQ.
ISAS -- I have no idea what it stands for. An arts festival for private schools in the Southwest.

Jason Fox -- nerdy kid on Foxtrot. My favourite character. I often compare people to him, for example, "Ponder Stibbons is the Jason Fox of Unseen University" or "I'm the Jason Fox of my family" or "The JETS are just a bunch of Jason Foxes with a budget and access to power tools".
Jesuit -- all-boy school. I am one of few Hockaday girls invited to audition for their theatre productions.
JETS -- the Junior Engineering Technical Society, though I prefer "Junior Engineering Technical Something-or-other". A bunch of geeks without social lives who worship ducttape and occasionally enter engineering competitions with the aim to beat St. Marks.

Minesweeper -- the most addictive game in history. Well, maybe "The Sims", but I've never played that.
Monty Python -- I pity anyone not familiar with this organization. British comedy at its finest.
MST3K -- greatest TV show, period. Mystery Science Theatre 3000.

nifty -- very cool. Rockin. Brought in to my speech patterns by Sluggy Freelance, the greatest comic in the universe.
Now there's a man who truly knows his cheeses -- my first serious sketchbook. Don't ask about the name.

OC -- "original character".

P STAR -- a nickname for the Espresso Ferrets. Priscilla, Sannali, Tanja, Ann, Rebecca.
Pajama Game, the -- one of the most nauseating musicals in history. The Hockaday musical for 2001-2. I'm playing Mae.
Paul (McCartney) -- my favourite Beatle.

RMU -- university founded by the RMLers.

Sagno's -- Unquestionably the best pizza place, ever.
Sailor Lincoln and the Spockmonkey of Doom -- my sketchblog. "Sailor Lincoln" comes from my associations with Renata. The theme of our meeting was "Land of Lincoln", so naturally we gave him the position of Sailor Scout. "Spockmonkey" is a term stolen from Kell. "of Doom" is an RML phrase that began with Renata and Megan.
Sluggy Freelance -- the greatest online comic, ever.
skanky -- I use the British definition, meaning "dirty". As in "not clean". No sexual connotations here, bub. Also annoying or generally displeasure-inducing.

Spockmonkey -- an inside joke absorbed from Kell. Multi-purpose word.
Sundowner -- Kell's super-nifty online comic.
